挑戰高難度的千層面…

其實我也沒得比較自已做好的吃還是不好吃…哈哈

因為不吃牛,所以在外面也沒吃過千層面,大部分都是牛肉的。

所以這次和朋友決定改個口味…

用的是別人的食譜 (bigoven)


 

Ingredients:

1 pound Sausage
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Basil
1 12-oz can Tomato diced
2 can (6 oz) Tomato paste
3 cups Cottage cheese
1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
2 tablespoon Parsley flakes
2 EGGS
8 Lasagna noodles
7 cups Mozzerella cheese shredded

 

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375.
Brown sausage and drain.
Mix garlic, basil, tomatoes, and tomato paste into sausage. Cover and simmer sauce for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley flakes, and eggs in bowl. Set aside.
Cook lasagna noodles in boiling water for 15 minutes.
In glass 9 x 13 pan layer half the lasagna noodles. Next layer half the sauce. Layer half the cottage cheese mixture over sauce. Follow with a layer of half the mozzerella cheese.
Repeat layers.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting into squares

這就是這次的食譜啦,也懶全部翻中文啦…@@…哈哈…

大至上材料都相同,只是用的肉不同囉!! 在外加上我們自已有多加一些調味啦…

總之,我個人覺的做的滿成功的囉!!
